i want to add something else:
1 - try to log in in the chatting box whenever you log into the forum, because we can see that you are online, but not in the chatting box.
2 - try to put your topic in the right category with the right title.

and also if you feel annoyed by the emails you are receiving constantly, you can disable them in you account settings and preferences, so you can read them when you log in the forum.
