Image search engine

Could somebody tell me if there's an image search engine? I mean, I don't have key-words, but a part of image as entry (key-image). For example, if the key image in an eye, so the I'm searching for images containing an eye.

That would help a lot.
We have a project where the consultant included in the Technical Specification required, just a photo of a ceiling fan. No brand name, no rating, no dimesnions, no nothing. It seems he saw it somewhere, he liked it thus included it in the specs and asking for a similar product.

Searched for such things (mainly videos by frames) like 6 weeks ago, found encouraging results, but not "hollywood" results:
(If u get deep in their technique they really are helpfull in finding similar images rather than the "big picture")

This can implemented in two steps:
1- digital image processing (Obejcts recognition) &
2- then putting the concluded keywords / reflections in the search box of google/images?

Je pense que c'est faisable avec le SVG qui se base sur XML pour la codifcation de l'image...

et Alors, Suffit que le moteur en BG fasse le parsing de l'image initiale qu'on upload en format SVG dans ce moteur de recherche pour rechercher les correspondances.
